- After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.
- You will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs within 14 days after we have received your return, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Exceptions
- Custom-made, personalized items, or perishable goods cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and digital downloads are excluded from returns.
Worldwide Shipping and Return Costs
- For customers outside the Netherlands, return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
- For international returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
